Andrew looks very good. He has the type of frame that jumps out at you, it just looks cool. If you look at the individual muscle groups they aren't superior at all to some of the others but it's the total impact that does it. It's all genetics. He certainly does not look different because he doesn't train and juice and eat like the others. Same shit, different body.
When Farah did his diet he put Andrew on a relatively low protein diet. Like 450 grams a day seems average for his clients that size. Low protein.

It's crazy that 450 grams of protein is now considered low or average, regardless of size. So what is a mid to high protein diet these days? Kilogram of protein?

Are you kidding? His biceps, triceps, and lats were easily the best on stage, and his chest also looked great. IMO he has the total package and outstanding individual muscle groups. He's not like Chris Cormier who was too "balanced" for his own good.

He looks great but is going to have issues with Samson and even Krizo both guys same height but much bigger. Samson even has massive calves. Andrew arms and back and legs are going to look undersized next to them but yeah his midsection is great and his condition is on point.

Often I'm actually willing to overlook calves, and appears fans and judges don't care either. Of course good calves might be the most impressive bodypart when extremely ripped with size. I think regular folks might react a lot to big calves too, even of they aren't analyzing bodies all the time like us. "Eye catching" is the word.

I’m a big krizo fan cause he looks insane but I don’t think he will do much on stage unfortunately. I think Andrew can go pretty far though.
