Cause being small sucks.especially when you’ve been huge for so long. Also not easy to slim down when you are so big so long.

Thought the same. Hop on some TRT and cut down to 205-215 at least. His heart will thank him.

I am quite dinky now. It does indeed suck.  ;D  I have found that the biggest thing on us is our ego.  At least in my case it was.  I think mine died on the table and stayed dead brother, LOL!

I was once helping a friend move. One of his skinny fat buddies looked at me in  in disgust and asked, "dude, why do you need to workout so much ?"

I bluntly replied, "because I can't imagine looking like you, hope this helps"

The whole group burst out laughing.

The guy felt stupid and didn't say anything.

Def is the ego. I wish I could just be smaller but for some reason my mind won’t let my body do it. Crazy insecurity I guess hahah.

No need to justify yourself

You must be feeling an incredible amount of pressure at the thought of us, degenerates, camping in your bushes day and night.

If Rob doesn’t get that deck of his fixed soon, he’ll be hearing from my attorney. It’s a trip hazard. Particularly at night.

Yeah Rob, Royalty is right.

I don't wanna feel like I'm going through the American Ninja Warrior obstacle course everytime I crawl out of the bushes at night to take a piss after too many Bud Lights  >:(

We are human beings dammit

And that fence in Rob’s backyard is becoming a real inconvenience.

It’ll be interesting if Rob adds a pit bull for home security purposes. I haven’t punted one of them in a while and hoping that I’ve still got it

Not always.

He's looking like Aunt Millie with the flabby arms.

C'mon Bob, get it together.

Bob Chick lacks discipline and self-respect.  You’d never catch a retired Frank Zane or Dorian Yates looking like that.

In some cases its the metabolism, it slows as you get older especially when your no longer on gear, steroids and HGH push your heart rate up or your metabolism up, when your off or on trt in retirement your metabolism is slower as well. Dieting just doesn't work like it did when you were younger

Please. Tom prince was about 165 pounds after a few years. These dudes aren’t supermen, they’re 5’8” dudes who are meant to be 165-175lbs.

Not like us 6’ plus  ubermensch ;D

What was the poundage Prince claimed he would never drop below after the post-advil retirement? It was something very unrealistic like 220 pounds

After decades of being a certain weight, it becomes more dificult to slim down, even muscle mass.

No they’re just used to eating the calories it takes to support that weight.  A strict diet of 2000 calories plus daily cardio would get Chick to a healthy weight like it would for any man

A very low carb diet would slim Chic up and he would be able to stuff himself with meat and eggs to feel full.

No doubt. No age is too old to gain or lose weight. Discipline!

Lol, I remember that pic of him in the long sleeve shirt with the short sleeve shirt over it and him and Chick trying to say he was 200 plus in it. Man, that fool looked no heavier than 160 and that would be if he was 6’ tall.

The older I get the more I think about what's healthy regarding training and weight.  Being a permabulker looking into a mirror thinking you're big is just delusion. How many fat guys mock in shape thin guys? Happens all the time. I look now at sprinters, MMA guys; and boxers for their weight at my height.  They are all under 170lbs for the most part.

Yep.  When you get older though you need to hang on to as much muscle tissue as possible.

Sarcopenia is on its way.

When you lose bodyweight you always lose muscle tissue unfortunately.  Quite a bit.
