1 doesn’t look hard at all, I don’t get it. I may be wrong.
2 shut the damn nog music off. Do all these white men use nog lingo and music to try an appeal to the blacks? Or do they actually like talking like an ass and listening to crap?

The full exercise is harder than it looks.

It's a typical armwrestling accessory move. It's purpose is to develop the "pronator" muscles.

Imo it's mostly beneficial for "top-rollers" and defensive positions ( less-so for a pure "hook" style.)

I just texted my buddy and he said he has the strap so sometime in the next couple weeks I will try it. I am very curious how hard it is. I’m sure it’s not easy I’m just not getting it I guess will watch this video now.

So I watched the video and in that video at 145 the guy is twisting the wrist which seems with 150lbs would be impossible but Larrat is just doing a hammer curl with the strap,no?

Here's the more traditional/challenging version ( puts all the tension on the fist/hand rather than the wrist )

He's demonstrating his isometric arm strength locked at a 90 degree angle with a hammer fist
