Fresh after his first round of spinal surgeries, the tard was back in the gym doing vertical leg presses
He even managed to ruin a socket, so he had both hips replaced again in 2020.
He claims his entire spinal column is fused now, except for one disc, which of course is also herniated...

I believe he said that 180mg was broken as 45mg x4 daily.
Butt I'm certain Ronnie loves it. It also wouldn't surprise me if he is exceeding his daily dose and/or crushing pills and snorting them, or otherwise abusing them.
Although I'm not sure if OxyContin is still crushable. They changed to OxyNeo here in Canada back in 2012 to allow the Jewish Sackler family to remain in monopoly control over production once the 16-year patent expired prevent them from being abused.
I'm not sure what the situation is in the USA.
But make no mistake - Ronnie loves his opiates just like a friend of mine who I just calculated is using 35g Kratom daily. My friend asked me because he knows I calculate things fast. He was surprised, and thought he was doing about 1/3 that much.
In fact, Ronnie may be seeking out surgeries in order to get his OxyContin dose increased.
Opiates are extremely non-toxic though. Unless Ronnie is using enough to overdose. Aside from DYING, opiates don't have the systemic/toxicity issues of other drugs.
Constipation is a concern. But the big one is dying. But if Ron is just eating the pills, death is a lot less likely.
Combining them with other CNS depressants is also dangerous, but I don't know if Ronnie does that.
He just seems to be having a good time, high as a kite on OxyContin, almost nodding off in interviews.

Always using too much weight and his form is worse than Sam Sulek’s.

Bit off topic.... but I don't hold much hope for stem cells every curing anything. There is a family that lives two streets over from me and their kid is hard of hearing. They spent close to $250,000 on stem cells about 15 years ago to overcome this. After a 19 months and $250K, the kid's hearing improve 8%. Only 8% and once the stem cells were discontinued, it was 7 months later that the effects had been reversed and he lost an additional amount of hearing.
Maybe there is a place for them, but IMO there is something yet to be discovered that can help stem cells unlock their greater potential.

This, but it’s also been speculated that due to the pain killers he was using Ronnie trained through injuries that should have been rested. If this is true Ronnie was slowly destroying himself.

Opioid-dependent people on replacement therapy ( methadone or even suboxone) often face this problem when they must undergo a surgery. Their high tolerance renders standard painkiller protocols absolutely useless. They simply need more.
Im sure Ronnie is also prescribed some forms of anti-depressants and neuroleptic drugs, ( maybe even gabapentin/pregabalin ?) in an effort to mitigate his debilitating chronic neuropathic pain,

I understand what you are saying. Ronnie could have wrecked the surgeon's work. Yes, sometimes when you need extensive repairs heavy lifting is out of the question. Worked with a guy that wrecked his elbow benching. After the operation it didn't work like it did and he tried so hard to get back to his 400lbs benches. He should have used the other 100 plus movements in the gym but he quit lifting since he didn't have that show case bench.
Not all surgeons are competent. Some are hacks. My training partner in my early twenties got his shoulder repaired. It was a 100% worst after the operation. He gave up lifting after that. Some orthopedic surgeons are artists especially the ones that specialize in just one area. I went to a group practice that had the knee guy, hand guy, shoulder guy, hip guy and so on. They all just did one thing.
In the end Ronnie should have given up heavy lifting when he left competition like Yates did. Nothing wrong with doing a hard fitness workout after you have won all those Olympias.

I think Ronnie caused his own demise, but there are some terrible surgeons out there.
My younger brother worked for an insurance company that covered Doctor's malpractice claims.
He told me some insane stories. Many multiple offenders that didn't kill anyone but caused repeated surgeries.
I had an ACL replacement in my 20's by the best surgeon in Texas who was known for doing a lot of Pro Athlete's surgeries.
15 years later i tore the same ACL stepping off a 6" curb leaving a restaurant.
His response was that walking on rigid pavement is always risky.
Found a new surgeon for round 2.

Only mentally strong people can walk away from their muscle suit. Even for the sake of health. Most of bodybuilders just become addicted to that dopamine rush the attention gives them. Just like hot women in their older years. They will undergo tons of surgeries and corrections to keep feeding their dopamine junkie egos

ALOT of factors caused this he was massive for yrs bodyweight,muscle that weighs on your body,the heavy weights of course non stop for decades,then surgeries and continuing to train like the 'king'.

He seems to remember when it happened, I guess, 800 lb squat. He felt it... He then continued to Squat after it happened in that same session.
Which some might think is insane, but I can attest, when you hurt it sometimes, it feels like a twinge at the time and not too serious.
Then you wake up the next day and say "oh fuck, what did I do"?!?

The guy had a dozen back surgeries and was in crippling pain now he is no longer getting surgery and not in crippling pain is it possible he will improve? You guys say he shouldn't be lifting but sitting in a chair watching TV is not going to help him get the strength back to walk unassisted.
We have a guy on our board who also uses crutches similar to Ronnie which one is doing better the one training what he can or the one doing nothing? How many people would be at Ronnie current strength after so many surgeries most like Scott would just give up. Ronnie is not giving up he is still actively seeking out medical care from multiple doctors in multiple countries and still training trying to get better.
