Title: OTC supplements while taking clen
Post by: Luga74 on April 29, 2006, 10:41:40 AM
going to be starting clen tomorrow and was just wondering if there were supplements(Trib, CLA, ZMA specifically which I'm using now) to avoid while taking clen. Didn't know if any supps such as those would make clen less effective. I posted this on the hardcore board but must not be hardcore enough so figured I'd see if anyone had any insight here. Thanks.

I would avoid any stimulants while on clen.Especially ephedrine.

He's right, avoid ephedrine while using clen...using it in between clen cycles is fine. As for the other things you mentioned, there is no problem there. You can take the same vitamins and supplements you were while off clen as on. I'd recommend you start taking potassium as well, because clen can cause muscles cramps in a lot of people. Oh yeah, keep caffeine to a minimum if you want to get any sleep.
