he flew out yesterday 2 hour flight and is looking cartton-like
His back is massively up his thighs are feathered. he's bringing it for sure. pre carb up was diced at 261.

every year the gym has a collection for kids with nothing. everyone brings toys in and they get circulated to those with nothing.
another lad who trains looks after a girl who has big difficulties. she has nothng. when she visited the gym Nathan basically gave her as much clothing and merch as she could carry and said when you run out of that come back.
during covid people somehow managed to get in to train. he got fined loads for it but didnt care as his members health is what matters to him.
my brother came up two weekends ago- we trained sat/sun/mon. On the Monday they were trying a new chef out so Nathan (bear in mind he's 2 weeks out) spent an hour giivng samples of chicken, noodles, burgers, protein cakes, prawns, salmon. My brother had 2 bowls of noodles and loved it. Nathan wouldnt take a penny off him. He's a good lad but ruffles a few feathers because like many from our City we are proper men and won't bow down to authority. Because of this he gets a bad press sometimes. He is also brutally honest about training/ diet/ 'supplements' etc you want a straight answer ask him a straight question. He's always accessible and his gym in a fucking dream to train at. I've met loads of pro's and he's more liike a mate than anything. He trains like a beast and the transformation of him coming in is night and day. His face is skeletal. He's done a 15 week prep- he's not genetically gifted enough to do a 'Hankins'. hahaha
I think its between him and Grimes.

He sounds like a great guy bro.....it`s just as easy to be nice to others, as it is to be a prick to people......Hanky should learn this.
Watching some more YT stuff and I agree,Grimes will be his toughest competition.........goin g solely by the videos that I`ve seen of course.

Thanks,in one video I watched he said they sold out,mostly to Germany and the USA.....he offered the interviewer one when he gets to Italy.
