I partially dislocated my shoulder so I cant lift heavy until my shoulder is completely healed. The fish tank is fine and no mike, you can't stay in my hostel if your traveling in my area.

Although you hurt your shoulder, you should focus on doing heavy compound movements on your back/trapps...shouldn't be too bad on the shoulder. It will help you bring up some much needed width and density....but other then that you have sick Bi peaks as Mike pointed out 8)

I was playing goal in soccer and tried to knock a ball down during a corner kick. I guess my arm was hyperextended and the ball hit it hard. It popped back in when i went to lay down, then kept playing. Didn't know I did any damage till i couldn't move my arm the next day.
FUN FUN! haha

you're like a mate of mine his arms are only 16 inches but has an impressive biceps peak which makes the arm look bigger. Start killing those triceps for more mass.

Lift heavy weights for high reps  ???. You you want to lift heavy ass weightsyou need heavy weights low reps. For maximum muscle growth lift in the 6-12 rep range mainly 8-10 reps, Sometimes go heavy below 6 reps to shock the muscles. :D
Nice bicep peak btw
