Title: I just found Trudeaus signature.

How Trudeau signs his checks.

To any idiot who thinks Trudeau is just woke.

FYI the rents are pretty much identical.

Canada now has 4 times as many homeless as California, despite having frigid winter temperatures.

Keep in mind this is national average, this includes bumble fuck PEI, and Downtown Vancouver. Both extremes are more or less the same.

It's the middle third of the country that has changes, the middle has gone up between 50 and 100 %.

High housing prices are bad if you are young just starting out.

But if you own your own house like the majority of Canadians (myself included) this is GREAT news.

Thank you Trudeau.

Why is it good? You can sell your house but you’re going to pay more for a replacement.

This is correct.

However, the extra equity in my house is useful when I'm ready to retire.

I can borrow against my house and live off the proceeds or I can sell my house and rent a smaller place.

The options are endless.

They are not endless :/ that’s a strange way to look at this.

You do know you will be paying more in rent for the smaller place. You’re better off keeping your dump or rent it out and downsize now.

I agree with you Oak.  After all your children are grown and following in your footsteps in the medical profession you and the Mrs. could sell, make bank and retire into a smaller residence.  Using the excess capital to bolster your retirement or spoil your future grand children.

Good thinking!

If I have any money left over I'll set up a fund to help the less fortunate GetBiggers.

I won't mention any names, they know who they are.

Are you buying an electric boat because with these gas prices you won’t sail very far.

Dave - have you considered moving back to Michigan?  Gas is quite affordable for me right now.

I miss Michigan bro……. I just don’t miss the winter.

Gas prices are what they are, I’m used to the pricing out here. Everything is going to electric anyhow that’s why I’m worried about Oak sailing around the world. Plus I don’t think he has the nautical skills to survive life on the high seas.

I am with you on the winter.  I fucking dread it.  I'm so much happier this time of year than in Jan, Feb, March.  I share your concern about Oak's nautical skills but he's an amazing specimen and it wouldn't surprise me if he was another Robinson Caruso.

What do you mean by "own your own house"?

I own my house outright. I don't owe any money on it. I think mortgages are car payments are the two things that bog people down financially the most. I have never nought a new car. The closest I have come is when I bought a 2004 Hyundai Elantra in 2007, for $8,700 + tax, which was a great deal for that car.

I currently drive a 2006 Toyota Vibe, and I have a 2003 Buick Rendezvous in my driveway that just needs a new battery. As long as what I drive is safe, and fuel efficient [not as bad for the environment], I don't see any reason to get a new car.

I might get a very new used car soon, just to have a gas fueled car before loony lefty Canada bans them. That way I can still be driving a fuel car for 15-20 more years.

Another reason I don't want anything newer is because new cars have so much computing in them. The elite want us in smart cars that they can turn off any time they want.

But regarding "owning" a house, I have a nurse friend who owns her house, and her mortgage is $1,000 a month. Like I said, mortgages just bog people down.

Are you saying the majority of Canadians have mortgages, or actually own their houses outright, without any debt on them?

We SHOULD have had another housing collapse already. If that happens, it will be a good time to pick up some rental properties.

That said, the Canadian government is making it harder and harder to evict bad tenants. It takes about 18 months to do it legally. So I personally want to get out of that business, but have absolutely nothing else I can think of that isn't equally bad in Canada.

Our current government wants communism here, basically.

Matt how do you decide your tentants' rent price? Will you start charging them more after all this inflation?

It’s not about how low your mortgage is it’s about how much equity you have in your home that’s important.

I do agree with you. Renting is a tough business. The key is finding good tenants which are very rare nowadays.

I assumed his signature was located on Oaks ass cheek.

Something like a tattoo that says 'justin trudeaus bitch'.

The other cheek has a bullseye for his next booster.

Similar to Gal and Doz.
