After about 3 max sets I知 ready for a nap no matter how much sugar I take. I知 afraid if I nuke my system with a pot of coffee I値l get minimal results and a heart attack wich may be good to die in the gym lol

Its the sugar thats making you tired you daft twat
Forget the sugar and high carbs and increase your salt intake
You will still get a good pump

drink BCAA every few sets when feeling depleted.

Why not eat a little more about 1-2 hours before your workout? Also, eat a banana or two before you go to the gym. Rinse with mouthwash after eating the banana! ;D
