I offered him a quater of a million dollars in 92 and he said no, he would be Mr Olympia, 3 years later I called him back and said "yes, you did it"

Tom was the talent agent for The WBF (vince mcmahon) he offered Dorian that amount to join the WBF .....

Dorian won the Olympia in 92, why did Tom wait three years to congratulate him?
