I fear for his health... I mean, look at him, his everything is growing! : muscles, cranium,gut,bones, organs,,,,

his heart must be the size of a Thanksgiving turkey .....

I hope he doesn't drop dead.

Look at the size of his mellon in the middle pick.  He had to get as big as he is to bring that dome into proportion.
