I’ve seen people paint around a refrigerator before, but I’ve never seen a refrigerator paint around a house.  :o

He sure seems loaded with the cars and house. One episode he talked about all the real estate he was involved in when he first was making money. Seems he flipped a lot of houses successfully early on and made a big buck.  He said he mainly concentrates on commercial real-estate now. He must have followed Arnold's example. Prior to movies Arnold made his millions off of real estate.

and from what i heard Arnold left his tenants in squalor with no repairs.

Commercial is in free fall so painting his own house might be the start of things.
