Not a bad series if you like shows or movies about the old west.
At first I thought they were trying to make him a sympathetic figure but as the series goes on they are starting to show what he was supposedly really like.
It's crazy to think that he was only 21 when he was killed.

I may have a look at this one now as I am an Old West Enthusiast of sorts and try to visit Tombstone every time I visit my brother in Arizona. Thank you, Calvin!

Starts a little slow because it shows his early childhood and move from NYC to the west but it gets better as it goes on.

I'll check it out.. love a good western. Old Henry was decent but I wonder if it's just because there are so few westerns being made that almost anything that comes out seems good. Except for Bone Tomahawk with Kurt Russell. Do NOT watch that. it is nothing like the Hateful Eight.

Whats your thoughts on Yellowstone? I really liked it at first, but now seems very average. decent enough to keep following it I guess.

Having been in the few that watched 1883 first I had high hopes. In my opinion 1883 was up there with the best mini series. So then I watched the 1st season of Yellowstone. andd was so disappointed. There was none of the moral compass 1883 had in Tim McGraw. He would have been horrified at what his grandson had done. But for me, the 1st season with the "train station" was the worst and they have mellowed a bit to be enjoyable.

Tried to watch it but they wanted me to get a subscription for yet another level
Side note, I'm subscribing to about 5 premium channels. It pisses me off when those channels make you sub subscribe to watch something.. WTF?
