like the topic says. I masured 3-4 times on each spot to make it really accurate with my fat caliper. I dont believe the results though. It claims im 10.5% bodyfat. Would you guys agree with this pic? I think i am a higher fat percentage.

nope, i'd say it was pretty accurate. you look pretty solid and lean to me. ;)

Good job bro, looks like you'll be ready to rock for summer.
-
nice love handles, but those aren't horrible.
-
You look about 12% there...
Each method, whether it be using skinfolds, BIA, or regression equations has their limitations. Hydrostatic weighing is the most accurate, but is not readily available and is expensive.

I agree. Using skinfold measure aren't exact. You look pretty tight in the upper chest/arms, can't really see the legs and back but probably pretty tight as well, but your mid-section definitely is holding a lot of fat.

Dude, you need to go with Team Arvilla, they know how to get you cut up.

they've been prooven to show a fair amount of inconsistency in alot of research.
Basically in a nut shell, they all work at giving you a "ball park" reading.
If you're training & making progress, measuring bf (by using the same method) will show whether progress is being obtained.
Honestly....my opinion.....just because you get some contraption telling you that you have a lower bf than the guy standing next to you....it doesn't insure that you look better than him.
It's a tool....just like anything else.
