At least his 2023 physique still looks fresh, as opposed to Walker. But both are close to maximizing out both their receptors and their kidneys.

Yup, tissue takes decades to grow. Some here think gaining 10 lbs in a day is actual tissue, its only water, glycogen, etc... Only to be pissed out if not topped off constantly.

In 1989, as a 23 year old, I weighed 175, lean, ripped, etc...
27 years later (2016) (as a natty) I weighed 200 lbs. So almost a lb. a year (lean tissue, no fat gain) 25 lbs. in 27 years.
(Anyone can gain fat, I did not go that route).
Went on (real) TRT at that point (age 50), 7 years ago, and still weigh 200 lbs. Real TRT is .5 cc a week, 100 milligrams.
Not the 500 mg's other speak of as "normal TRT" these days...
When I was 40, I got tested and was at 730 test level naturally.
A decade later at age 50 and on statins, I was at 253 test level.
.5 cc brings me back up to my normal natty range for that age. (At 717, recent test)...

i had my test levels checked on 250 mgs of sust and it was 2887, top end allowable range is 1200 if generous but most labs put top end at 900 or so
these guys running 200 mgs claiming they are in range are either full of fucking shit or they have shitass genetics

That’s crazy, I’ve never seen such high numbers from such low dose. My buddy takes 350mgs a week from trt doctor and he is pretty jacked at 220 5’10 lean and his t levels recently were 1400.most guys I know taking 200-250 test per week are around 1000-1500.
You sir are a hyper responder as far as levels go. Not sure what you look like but with t levels that high must look pretty good.

I started lifting at 154lbs 40 years later I am 200lb in the same condition, if I didnt lift and wanted to be in the same condition as I was at 18 I would likely end up 154lb again
I stopped lifting in 96 and maintained a weight of 200lb but not the same body composition
You lose what you gain its all temporary

YUp, there is a number that lines up for a lot of folks (5 x dose). Ive seen many on 250 and have like 1300 total-test. Your buddy at 350 x 5 would come in at the top of what you posted (1750 (close to 1500). Of course it goes up/down. DJ's a hyper responder, and his gear could be over-dosed if UGL...
Anyways, its all good and no one "real number" when it comes to dosing.

There was a kid in the gym this AM (I say kid, probably around 30 (a kid to me) doing all the BB poses in the mirror. (Twisting side tri, front lat, hand/thigh, etc).
He was very thin (skinny-fat) with zero muscle tone. You can tell he practices posing a lot, which I find bizarre.

could be i shoot 125 mgs on mon and thurs and i took the bloods on mon morning before the monday shot so a tail end reading to boot
i eat like a bird and i sleep 5 hours a night insomina sucks ass
gonna try the vertical diet, red meat and rice, and get at least 7 hours of sleep if possible and train every other day instead of 6 to 7 days a week while increasing loads goal is 255 paused bench for 6 reps right now it's 205 for 7 if i hit that pecs, delt and arms should be bigger and i might finally have 17 inch cold arms but will probably only weigh a buck 70 or so :D :D :D :D
not sure how many aids patients have 16 1/4 cold arms at 165 pounds bw
