Heard the Gayor of Bodybuilding has the schmofficial record of 400 as measured on the Kai Greene Dildometer. It should be noted that the Dildometer was originally created to measure the gripping power of the Dirtstar/sphincter. Kai is disgusting.
;D
Grip strength is a great thing to have and yup. I ain't got any. Dammit! ;D

Imo, grip strength is a strong indicator for overall health and longevity (general strength, bone density, nutritional status, disease status, cognition, depression, hospital-related outcomes, and mortality. )

Regular grip training actually helps lower blood pressure (posted papers on it in the past) so yeah you're probably not wrong.

I also believe grip strength is very important overall. A stronger grip will def increase all your lifts where you grab stuff with your hands. I like playing with silicone grip trainers while cruising on the highway( no homo). Kills time

It does but does it indicate a lowered blood pressure for the whole body? Sometimes I think working your grip improved the circulation in your arm and that improves the blood pressure reading.

They found it made blood vessels and one of the main arteries more flexible (more flexible = healthier) so it's more than just better circulation in the arms.

Only just learned to do calves first when doing legs, activating the calves wakes up all the other leg muscles further up as the nerve impulses have to travel through to get to the calves
Makes sense that working out with grip should do the same before training the arms
Maybe broscience but makes sense to me

I find that hard to believe.

larger hands, huge advantage in all this grip shit
its like using fat gripz, much harder with a thicker handle, whereas having larger hands is like not using one and you are
