Post by: Necrosis on May 01, 2006, 09:15:59 AM: i use to train at the same gym in newfoundland as him and he is one strong mofo. he can bench 500 for a triple and i've seen him rep 405 for ten reps with full rom. 315 on military for 12 is routine, i believe he has a good structure with some crazy arm and forearm developement, at the biggest they were 19 inches( frorearms), and lean. hope he does well in the ifbb, he is relatively young i believe, 26-27 and has a good look for a pro.
