Plus it happened on his own property where he didn’t even need one. They revoked it and confiscated his firearm because yelled at the cops……because they came three days later. The guy is well known, rich and now every criminal knows he can’t carry a firearm or keep one in his house. Dude needs to get the fuck out of the Peoples Republic of Los Angeles an come down to OC where it’s relatively normal

This. If you get a permit to carry in a Blue state you will have it taken away for pointing the gun at a threat or legally shooting a felon. In California they don't want to hear someone broke into your house in the middle of the night and you were in fear. You have to prove he was a threat. How? I guess you have to let him assault you first.

It depends on the county. Im in arguably the most conservative county in the state and we have a 98% approval on ccw applications. Same with San Bernardino and Riverside counties. They actually want people to be armed. Here in OC we have a good DA and a Great Sheriff. In most cases they won’t enforce anything that goes against the Constitution which means they don’t comply with Newsom’s orders.
In California we have a pop of about 40 million with only approximately 122k ccw holders none of which committed any crimes, mass or school shootings yet they still try go around Bruen
