So I have been training but now Im going to logo it as there is a target date, October 10 2024 when I will be going to the Mr Olympia in Vegas
T minus 318 days
Today
21 minutes on Assault Bike--7 minutes alternate sprints--7 minutes only upper body---7 minutes pedaling backwards
then
1 minute jump rope immediately into 10 reps each leg hip mobility exercise immediately into 1 minute heavy bag with resistance bands atttached for speed/power improvement. Repeat that 5 times
zero rest between anything, just a sip of water here and there
going to do 200 reps for core of various exercises after I type this

8 giant sets of all these--30 seconds rest after all are done--repeat
Kettlebell lateral movement x 10
then
Kettle swings x 10
then
cable face pulls x20
then
plyometric lateral movement x 16
then
speed bag for 45 seconds
rest 30 seconds repeat 8 times
after all that I did piles and piles of laterals until not one more would go up that was no rest, just constant,...well maybe 5 seconds when i couldnt keep goin
after i type this its a ton of stretching and foam roller

not much today, I did a 3 mile half fast walk half jog with Gazoo. 2 months ago I couldnt go a block without puffing now I can peel off 3 mile jogs and be fresh as a daisy at the end. Also gonna do 300 crunches/leg raises for core strength

Assault Bike 2 minutes
right to
Bicep Curls 15 reps
back to A Bike 2 minutes
right to
tricep pushdowns 20 reps
back to A Bike 2 minutes
right to box jumps (12)/heavy bag 1 minute after 20 minutes
I switched from box jumps to 1 minute heavy bag after 20 minutes
im in a 0 degree celcius garage gym no heater in gym part and I was pouring sweat--great fuking workout

wanted to do more but was on verge of vomitorium/heart attack/shitting pants pooped out
15 minutes of 10 second sprint/30 seconds rest of ALL OUT TO THE DEATH SPRINTS--had to break for a minute at 10 minutes cause dying
lat pulldowns immediately into bicep curls immediately into 1 minute heavy bag
only did this 3 sets as just pooped out--low energy day
gonna do a ton of foam rolling now

his favorite thing in the world to do is roll in the snow. A normal 1 hour dog walk for most people is 2 hours for Gazoo because he has to stop and roll in the snow multiple times

destroyed old record and went absolutely bananas as hard as i could (intermittently)--absolutely fuking gassed after

ill always drink a shit ton of diet coke daily, never quit that

40 minutes on the Assault Bike at Various Speeds and Methods--absolutely crushed destroyed my prior 40 minute calorie record, felt I could have done 40 more minutes. Gogooggogo
6 sets alternate db curls
4 sets cable curls
5 sets hammer curls
foam roller and ab work this afternoon
Look, I know I have a longgggg way to go, but since I got this assault bike there have been big changes. My body, a bit, still a heavy guy, but my cardio is ridiculous. My bp was 117/78 yesterday and resting pulse is 61. Im super happy with progress and addicted to keeping going

then I alternated between 30 tricep pushdowns and 1 minute on speedbag 8 times for yes 240 pushdowns lol, my poor tris
then I did 100 crunches, 100 knee ups, a pile of planks
gonna do Assault Bike this afternoon if soul crusher gives me the go ahead to go from every other day on it to 2 days on 1 off

skipped rope for 1 minute
followed by
speed bag for 1 minute
did this 10 times
100 crunches and 100 leg raises--did some planks but in the middle of one my abs cramped up oooooo thats no fun

took a kettlebell and did 100 concentration curls and supered them with 100 bench dips

1:00min easy pace
:40sec at moderate pace
:20sec all out
Now Im nowhere near his level but I was 45/60/75 Krank, which isnt bad
Then I kept going and beat my 40 minute calorie record in 35 minutes and kept going to make 300 cals which Ive never done, 20000 meters
thats all Im doing today, Im fucking beyond exhausted
