Jack,
I have this old-school, Jubinville Isometric rack in my gym.
I use it for a wrist-roller, and also for bands and stuff. You can see the handles.
I use those for cable cross-overs. You can double-up each one for added resistance.
I can hook anything on there, tricep pushdowns, etc.

Bands are really great for warm ups, also on the leg curl and leg extension machine although ours is different from others, on most you wouldn’t be able to do that.

Very cool rack.
I would like to have one of those.
Does it have a bottom plate to stand on and hold it down or do you bolt it to the floor?

I believe Funk has a York Iso-Rack just like this one...

I still train on his stuff. I was benching on his bench yesterday. It can hold up an elephant. I also used his sit up board.

I had a bunch in my day... Preacher, flat bench, I have some 125 lb dumbbells he (Ed) made, as well as some 70's...
Stuff is indestructible... The 125's were given to me by friend Frank, who won "New England's Strongest Man" back in the 80's that Ed sponsored.
They were used in the "50 yard dash" holding the 125 lb. bells...

Great Pump
Yeah anyone who is a fit and healthy male won't even feel like they've had a workout doing this.
Anyone who has some training under their belt won't even feel warmed up doing this.
I know cos I have this exact band. I loop 4 bands through at once for the occasional pump set and I'm doing anything between 60 to 80 reps with it. 4 bands barely gives adequate resistance, 1 band is a joke.
