Can't wait for the new season of Reacher. Dude says he wasn't on anything the first season but is now on test. Good show! Hope this season's not woke or anything. :(

probably destroyed his own test production juicing for the first season
-
Season 2 starts TODAY!!!
-
He ain’t shit
-
Watched the first episode of season 2 last night. I like it- hopefully it sticks around a long time.
-
Same here. Saw the first one last night.

If they say they're clean, they're on TRT.
If they say they're on TRT, they're on much more and using TRT as cover.
-
Heard he does side-laterals heavy weight for high reps
-
He just eats eggs.
-
Semen retention, fish oil, melatonin and caffeine.
Heard he pops krill like tic tacs.
Watched the first 3 episodes. Strange...because I thought the first episode just aired??? Anyway, watched first season and first 3 episodes of season 2.
Season 2 is written just as well as season 1. He solves shit a little too easily, there's a new Vag interest. Plot is OK. Oddly not woke. Pretty good entertainment given the times.
-
He claims to prioritize trainning and nutrition over steroids, so points for that.
-
He has a bodybuilder physique now

"In author Lee Child’s original Jack Reacher novels, the character is described as ‘extremely tall’ and ‘extremely broad’."
Then why in the world did they cast Tom Cruise to play this character in the movies?

because he generates revenue

If you were getting paid millions to play a buff guy on tv you would be insane not to juice

What's next? Tom Cruise will play Michael Jordan in Jordan's next biopic film?
-
Man just looked, he’s 41. There’s hope for me to be jacked still.

Only if Woody Allen can play Malcolm X and Danny DeVito can play Martin Luther King
Maybe Denzel as Tarzan?

x2. First season was good.

That mutherfuckers juiced to the gills.
Guys like that in the limelight (actors) are never gonna admit it.

I've never watched any episode. If you guys recommend it, I guess I should check it out.

That’s more than TRT.

I actually enjoyed the first season though I went into it thinking that I wouldn`t.
Not a bad show IMO.
-
He built the muscles naturally but then had to use TRT to recover from the stress and fatigue.
-
The first season was enjoyable even if it wasn't Shakespeare. This new season is awful. He also has to stand on a box in scenes with other actors. The actor is 6'2" according to Google so that means he's probably 6'1". In every scene he is a foot taller than all the male actors. His physique also fluctuates between episodes. Hard to maintain a consistent physique over the many months of filming.

Reacher in the books is 6'5" and 250 and built like a brick sh*thouse.

Were you able to watch all eight episodes? I only can get 3 on my Prime. freaking firestick!

Not all EPs are out yet though?

Well, John Wayne played Genghis Khan. ;D
-
I'd convinced myself I was 6ft 2in to downplay my height and Reacher's 6ft 5in so I thought, "I'll have to exaggerate my height for this."
But when I measured myself I was 6ft 3½in - add the boots and I'm pretty much there.

Very concerning. Troubling even. Could divide the country even further.

And what fine titonas they are.
He's in decent shape there too. Jogged my memory that he played Aquaman in Smallville, which this pic is from. Erica Durance was a highlight of that show.

Watched first episode. Looks fat in normal clothes. Edema in face makes him look aged.

Yes his hair adds another 1.5”.

Just watched the third episode

His high yellow partner or whatever she is is a very average actor. Ritchson is not exactly Laurence Olivier but watching this lady made me think someone wanted a person of colour next to Reacher.

She had more of a bit part in the first season. I think her role expanded as the season went on. Now she's his sidekick. It's almost like a cop/buddy thing now solving the mystery side by side.
I think the season 1 story was a little better. The whole "someone is killing off former members of an elite military unit" is an overused cliche.

That's the plot in one of the Reacher books.

I remember him saying around this time that he never lifted weights and his physique was purely the product of bodyweight work. I never knew whether to believe that or not. Seems like he has no issues building muscle.

She was actually Miss Denmark in 2008.
Maria Sten-Knudsen, one of the Parents is Danish. Mother from Congo i assume.

Just a lack of product.

Peach Cobbler strikes again !!
Swollen Ankles Of Peace

The Sopranos referenced surprised me... Pine Barrens, guy in Members Only jacket
Wonder if anyone else picked that up
-
I really hope the black girl gets naked. Last season had nudity. ::)
-
First Episode had a funny line
Robert Patrick(who played T1000 in Terminator 2) says a Sarah Connor-joke.
Langston correctly identifies Castro as the name of a famous Yankees player, confirming the moniker is likely fake, but when asked, "Who's Sarah Connor?" Reacher season 2's main villain responds, "I don't give a sh*t."
Sarah Connor is, of course, the name of Linda Hamilton's character in the Terminator franchise, and Terminator 2: Judgment Day saw her hunted down by the liquid metal T-1000, played by one Robert Patrick.
-
Not a fan of Ritcher as Reacher, I found his voice boring to listen to, like they've taken Patrick Swayzes voice and kicked the charisma out of him.
Also It's shit when there's no danger for the lead, even in commando Arnold may have been superhero esque but he had a scrap with Cook and was weakened enough after being shot to struggle with Freddie Mercury.
Compare Reachers figjts in say gangs of london where the main guy can fight but gets out by the skin of his teeth
-
I just enjoy someone being tall playing reacher - he was 6'6" in the book for christ sake - Thomas cruise don't cut it for me - notice he incorporates the classic Getbig fight move of "going for the nuts"
*this scene was based on LurkerNoMores encounters as a young lad

Haha. Watched 3rd already.

I think he's admitted to having a serious alcohol problem over the years.

Pass. He was average back then; he is downright scary now. Bay no likey the effects of too much drinking.

I only got the Sarah Connor-reference

I was watching an interview with him a couple of nights ago. He said they wanted him to add some size for Reacher 2. He said he put everything he had into training hard, heavy weights, lots of cardio, etc. says he loves testosterone especially now that he’s over 40. If I recall he said nothing about TRT doses.
I was in a 511 store today and they’re even repping him
Found it…

He claimed somewhere he was on 600mg of test.

Very boring so far apart from some bits in the first episode. Way too many cliches, constant silly wisecracking between Reacher's team, a ton of macho bravado. Apparently a pipe bomb can go off in Queens and the police will take their sweet time to respond. What a waste.
I want to see more of the mysterious guy with the British accent, I guess they are saving him for later.
-
I'm not the only one then. You can have fights but the lead is sooo boring to listen to, the atmosphere is dull, its all predictable. After just rewatching banshee it's really lame, all the characters, especially Hood got proper fucked up before victory in fight scenes.

Where do all those hitmen come from too? In episode 3 there was a house full of them, Reacher killed two or three more in previous episodes. Do tech CEOs have access to a 1-800 call a goon landline?
"Get me ten baboons ready to go and they better look mean, grrrrr"
-
If you have money, it's easy to get Goons

If you like Reacher you might like this less known series (australian?), Mr Inbetween:
More down to earth, zero bravado, he just get things done.
-
This dude would crush Reacher

Oh, I wouldn't doubt it. I also wouldn't doubt he's on a healthy amount GH as well. Putting on 35lbs in that short of time is no small feat.

For those of you who've had experience, does GH make you feel like lead? Just tired and lethargic?

Hulu I believe.

I’ve never went above 6IU at my highest and was fine. I would guess above 8-10+ and things change. I haven’t used it in over a year.
-
Mr inbetween pisses all over reacher, way more realistic, gritty, funny good acting.
