Started doing these & really felt it in my triceps, supposed to be a good exercise for your bench press.
anyone confirm this?

It`s just a one-arm skullcrusher.....you can also use two bells to the side of your head by your ears,or just so skullcrushers.

Be careful and don't knock your teeth out.

I never see people these days using a Tricep bar with a parallel grip
The EZ bar I find uncomfortable on my elbows

I've done these aimed a little more towards the shoulder, feels good. I've also done a version with two dbs where they meet in the center of the chest. Does it help your bench? I think the two db version helps more as it involves some stretching in the shoulder socket since you tend to flare your elbows out instead of tight.

Not really as you can`t truly go too heavy on them.....Skull Crushers with an EZ-Bar,Weighted Dips, or Close Grip Benches I think would be better options, but who knows until you test them out?

At the moment my 2 favourite exercises are standing barbell french press & BB close grip benches.
I don't like the EZ bar for triceps...
