Couldn`t stand the fucking clownish abomination.

Piana died in 2017.
Avengers: Infinity War came out in 2018.
Every time I see "Thanos" in a social media timeline, or whatever, I think of Piana. Had he lived, he may or may not have had a decent case for a potential violation of his right of publicity. ???

Like Marvel was inspired or looking up to Piana "
Outside the bodybuilding niche Piana was a nobody. And even there not many took him seriously
-
He really was an idiot - and with all those stupid facial expressions and fillers in his lips.
Sad, but all totally his fault, what happened.
-
At least he was big when he died.

Certainly, the design of Thanos by Marvel cannot be readily ascribed to a calculated endeavor to capitalize upon the putative affinities of the purported legions of Piana enthusiasts... but them two done look alike. :D

He destroyed himself with drugs due to mental illness.
Some of his videos made him out to be a genuine guy, but you know he wore a mask every day and hated himself.

I only tried it twice. Since I train with low reps they really pumped me up. I used really light weight for curls trying for 100 reps but failed at about 50. Same with triceps. I did two sets for both. My arms were pumped like crazy. Maybe the moral is if you train with volume try heavier weights and low sets and if you train with low sets try some pumping sets with high reps.

Used to be called "muscle spinning".

I am a powerlifter and weightlifter, but recall a period of time where our gym was attracting more bodybuilders. And these guys did have the bigger "bodybuilding look" because of the drugs and the training style.
Anyway, one of the new guys told me he would take me through a leg workout. My usual squats at that time would warm up to around 160kg, ass to grass, and then do 5 sets of 5 reps at this weight, and 1-3 reps at a higher weight if peaking for a competition. So, he told me to follow his instructions.
From memory something like 140K max reps (I think i did maybe 20), strip off 1 plate each side, 100K max reps (maybe I did 20 again?), then something like max on 80kg, 60kg, bar. Man were my legs pumped after that, and aching with lactic acid for a few days. I think if done right, and with drugs, you could get massive growth doing this occasionally.

rich better days, living the life, but not for too long.

It seems like every year there's some new "the last video" or "found footage." I mean, what are we talking about here? It's not like it's the zapruder film. It's just a very large drug addicted megalomaniac.

Besides recreational drugs and steroids there was a lot of plastic. silicone. oil and shit inside that poor body .

Yep. Everything about his life was fake. His body, his relationship, his house, his cars, his business, etc, etc. Very entertaining though. A crash course in what NOT to do in life.

Slapping around a retarded kid like Jason Genova was a smart thing to do in the eyes of his "adoring" public.
If he ever slapped me he`d have a fucking steak knife sticking out of his eye socket to go along with his plastic physique.
Dude was a weirdo and just another of many attention whores.

Remember when that little Jui Jitsu guy toyed with him? He would have been destroyed by that black belt in a street fight. In fairness that black belt would have made me say uncle quick too.
Always hated his physique. It was just oil. The muscles were just bloated softness. Surprised he actually lived that long. He was entertaining as someone else said.
I did find what he said about feeder sets to be something to consider. I only did it for two days but the super high reps blew up my arms. Well blew up my little arms, lol. I think I got around 50 reps trying to get to 100. Next set maybe 35 reps. Made me think. Maybe I should be training with super high reps all the time. Ryan Humiston on youtube pushes this. He said your first set should be around 20-25 reps and to use a very short break between sets till you are doing something like 6 reps sets with the same weight for your last set.

For a guy with a limited vocabulary he was still a decent speaker in his videos.
The videos could be interesting; it’s not shocking why he had a following with the fake muscles as well.
Sulek’s videos are really boring and amateurish compared to these even though Sam is actually more well spoken.

Funny Vid- I have that exact same refrigerator in my house- It's made by KitchenAid, it costs over $11,000, and it's the biggest piece of shit refrigerator I've ever owned, lol. It breaks down every couple years.
Just get a couple $500 units and throw them away when they break.
-
I thought the guy was entertaining enough - certainly more so than Chuck Basher or CT Fletcher (the Heart Attack Twins LOL). Always wondered if it was the 'Bigger by the Day' series/cycle that tipped Piana over the edge - or if the Ice Queen did spike his Oxy's somehow...
And the MKaelus spoof videos are always funny - even years later - he even posts a new one every 'Mid-may' (only fans will get that)

Fuck me! For $11k I'd want something I could store the bodies of my victims in!!
