I have a few females that work for me, one of which I would’ve never hired 10-15 years ago. She’s young and cute. I guess I’m old and while I realize she’s attractive, for whatever reason I’m not attracted to younger women. I can tell they’re hot, but listening to them makes me cringe sometimes. I had our ex nanny working part time for a while too after college, and she’s hot. But again, I just don’t go after it.
It’s also rare that I ever allow myself to be alone with them. I almost think I’m off putting with how “not creepy” I am. But, in today’s world, you have to draw the hard line.
