Fuck all three of them. I don’t get the hype with sam and ii will say it everytime his name is posted. I just don’t see it. Not big, just looks like a mongrel. Fouad is a fucking pussy who is afraid of being weighed and measured and no clue who Ben chow is but not impressed with him either.

He never really got anywhere. He was Luke Sandoe's friend/training partner.
He would squat crazy weights, but never went far w/ BB contests.
I know him from Fouads podcast, which was OK when Luke was on, but then went to shit...
