Food and rest is step 1 before training before hormonal optimization. Without food and rest there is no point training and taking supplements you will just break down in fact without food and rest you should avoid training as you will not recover.

Its not a large venue - you might run in to them. If they say stupid shit to you - and you initiate physical combat, that is another possible crime to be arrested for.
