3-4 sets of 10-12 reps of 3-5 exercises per bodypart once or twice a week.

He should give whoever manages his social media a raise. For years, it was one of worst in bodybuilding. Unwatchable dogshit, now it's somewhat watchable dogshit :). They did a real good job whipping it into shape.
