Just take Lee Haney for example other than the 1990 Mr. Olympia, his physique was the same all throughout and even his final Mr. Olympia. He looked his best. It’s just crazy.

It's probably just ageing as much as anything else. Ramy was 30 in 2014. Haney retired at 31.
