Before my time, but I see in old magazines that there used to be a full page ad for Russian Bear 5000 Mass Gainer. (or something like that). You were supposed to mix 5 scoops or something huge amount like that in with a gallon of milk to get the 5000 calories.
I can only imagine how the turds were pulling out your ass hair upon their exit after using this for a couple days.

2 cups of Fairlife Chocolate Milk (the 50% less sugar, 50% more protein option) = 26 grams of protein, 26 grams carbs, 9 grams fat
One Cup Liquid Egg Whites = 24 grams protein
That is 50 grams protein right there. And you don't even taste the egg whites. It tastes exactly like the chocolate milk out of the carton.
You can buy a half gallon of the Fairlife and a big carton of the liquid egg whites for under $10 total.

Yes I tried it along with many others. MegaMass2000 and some weight gainer from Beverley International(?) were my favs. This was before MuscleTech which made all others irrelevant with 7,900,987.768% better gains.

When I was a kid I used weiders "crash weight gain #7". lol. I believed the ads in the magazines and the articles etc because I was a kid and didn't know better. I still love those ads like the one pictured with I think Pat Neve. They were so inspiring . Couldn't wait to train. Things were so much simpler back then. Now days you got all these "experts" everywhere and macros and timing and more drugs and crazy workout stuff and videos and more. Working out is not supposed to be so confusing. Train eat sleep and if you want take drugs. The bodies in the 70s and early 80s were what bodybuilders were supposed to look like.

back in the stone age everyone on the east coast used to chew theses disgusting hoffman hi-proteen tablets. some guys would ingest 30 tablets a day of this nasty creation. also disgusting was protein from the sea, good eating. ::) ::) ::) ::) When you were sore you used the hoffman rub.

that's what I did in my teens/early 20's. can of tuna, two raw eggs and apple or orangejuice :D looking back it was probably the best I could do.

Im going to implement the raw meat diet again this week. It is perfect for business trips. Supermarket next to the hotel so just buy red meat and eat immediately. No need for fucking restaurants cucking me with overpriced slave food. Im in Italy again, I wonder to which getbigger belongs that ferrari ;D
I was still hungry so I bought more meat. I ended up eating 814 grams of raw meat (28,7oz) After that I had some second thoughts if this is really the way my brothers ??? Feels kind of depressing for some reason I cannot really explain
I suddenly got a wild urge to exercise. I havent exercised since they asked me to wear face diapers at the gym. Doing crunches and pushups in my hotel room now. Maybe all creatine in the meat is causing a surge in anabolistic energy ???
Anyway calling it a night, I don't want to push it and burn out by flooding myself with cortisol and catabolism.

Weight Gain protein powders certainly helped me achieve my arm size, but there was alot more to it than that. Eating around the clock, grueling 4 hour workouts, 20 reps squats, awakening at 3am for another shake...so much went into this.
