i was taking clen but now its time for me to be off of it for some time but i want to continue taking something and iwas thinking of taking hydroxycut???? what do you all think???

If it's the old hydroxycut then fine, other wise just take a standard ECA stack.

I couldn't agree more...God I miss the days of ephedra. Actually I never really liked Hydroxycut but damn I miss the Ripped Fuel Extreme.

Use the standard ECA stack like Arnold Jr stated. That other stuff is certainly not as effective IMO.
Just cycle you ECA with Clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks of.

Yeah will of take the eca and watch your diet abit more. Hydroxycut without ephedra is a waste.

Go to a supplement store not a GNCr vitamin shoppe, a local one.
Get ephedrine, caffeine, and go pick up some baby asprin.
Cocktail it 20mg ephedrine (1 tablet) 200mg caffeine 1 tablet and 1 baby asprin, if you want you can add some grapefruit juice, to itfew sips or a half of a grapefruit,for the morning to kick it up, all of this should not cost you more than 25.oo

Depends on your weight and also on how much you were able to handle your last go around. Normally, the heavier the individual, then the more they can handle, but this isn't necessarily set in stone.
How much did you take your first 2wks of clen? Lets say you built up to being able to run 100mcg per day, then you should be able to start right back up at 100mcg per day on your next 2wk run of clen.

What dose were you taking and for how long?
The reason I ask is that some women take 40 mcs for two weeks and then go off. Attenuation to the receptors is not even an issue at anything under 80 mcs if there is no underlying conditions.
Then there is Ketotifen Fumarate for that purpose.
Just curious as to who advised you.
