Just had a bowl, first one since I was using it while dieting
Absolutely disgusting, like eating wallpaper paste
I used to like it while dieting, amazing what your body can get used to when eating bland foods.

I used to love it as a kid for some reason... Probably loaded it w/ sugar and cinnamon.
Bought a box a couple years back, used it once, that was it... Wife recently tossed it in the bin after asking me if I still wanted it.

Oatmeal actually doesnt bloat me or bother my stomach. I use cinnamon on top of it mainly.
Keeps me mostly full until next meal as well... I do know it doesnt agree with some folks...

I always used oatmeal.
I don’t mind cream of rice with some PB and Splenda or berries
But digests so quickly compared to oatmeal for Me.
When dieting, I can never use it .

Krizo eats that stuff a lot .Very similar to cream of rice but it’s baby dry food mixed with protein powder and water.
I prefer cream of wheat since I have rice in every meal.

My favorite meal is oatmeal with blueberries, I have it every morning.never had cream of rice but it sounds disgusting.

was eating it during prep, is basically Rice Flour
Its just carbs
I have been getting bloated on Oats and fancied a change
Bacon and Eggs from tomorrow

Cream of rice can be delicious. If you add some nice toppings, it really comes together nicely.

I spike Cream of Wheat with a small amount of Cream of Rice. Because the rice is disgusting, I can only do about 1 part rice to 3 parts wheat. But oatmeal obviously the best. I alternate with wheat and berries and occasionally Grits every now and then for multi-grain variety. Grits is favorite to my taste buds but corn needs to be limited.

I did cream of rice for a little bit. I always found cream of wheat with almond milk and sliced bananas to be better. Currently eating oatmeal using a packet of lower sugar apple cinnamon mixed with a half cup of plain, extra cinnamon and almond milk (nh)

Ambrosia is daycent stuff
Might use it for my bulk

I typically would add a dash of cinnamon, blueberries, chopped up strawberries and sometimes almond shavings.

It's not about taste, it's about the purpose unless you're a general client that just wants to lose weight/fat.

My quasi cutting diet breakfast is oats, scoop whey, blue berries and chia seeds. Almond milk overnight oats.
Very satiating, epic fuckin farts though oh brother. Embarrassingly raunchy ass. Is cream of rice better in that area? Sick of having to walk outside every 15 minutes to blow my ass out.

1/2 (dry) cup cream of rice cooked w 3 eggs whites,,, add 1 scoop of banana protein powder, 2 splenda packs, 1 tbsp peanutbutter.. half an apple and drizzle of honey... only way i eat it

The rice cereal has hardly any fiber.
I had this oat cereal one time and it gave me the shats really bad. Nasty stuff.
It wasn't oatmeal, it was some hot oat stuff.
Oh man, that stuff was explosive.

No need for the (nh) after the almond milk comment, as you already mentioned previously in the post that you cut up your bananas. No straight dude would ever eat a banana any other way.

i think i’m doing the one on april 20th
been doing the low carb/super compensation routine for 3 weeks now - hour of cardio 6x’s a week - still 250lbs - jacked up the sauce intake just for a couple of weeks - using insulin on carb days
i’ll post some update pics in Bhanks charlotte pro thread - i’m doing show in SC , charlotte show is always kind of boushie for me -

as soon as i upped the tren and with 10iu gh ed - i’ve been doing legs tues or wed - not going to lie it’s rough with the low carb
i moved most of the cardio to the mornings - but i do some after training - mostly stair master and bike - 45-60min - never above a 3 on stair master - kept hearing about Hadi doing 3 hours a day all the old school guys like long cardio - i use it to be conditioned and get in shape - but i worked up to 60min - 20min blocks - if i do the bike it’s level 6 and 75-80rpms
i was 248 today - one more low carb day this week - i’ll post some pics tonight
