Don't worry i'm pretty sure the boat loads of AAS, GH, Insulin, IGF-1, Ventolin, Ritalin, Speed, Cocaine and Heroin will take care of his "boys" so that he won't procreate.

I think he did it with the intention of soften his features just as women do it for the same reason.  It just makes him look queer as the day is long though, and an ugly queer at that.  I guess no one's had the cojones to tell him.
