I call bullshit. This was a set up. Notice there are NO cars driving by? No one walking around? The camera man zooms in etc and doesn't help? Notice how easily he took her down? she didn't resist in ANY way. No foot movement at any time. This whole things seems jessie smollet planned.

It's hard to explain that area if you haven't been there. It's a residential, but there's a decent amount of dead space (warehousing, etc...), and there's things like methadone clinics, and halfway housing, etc.... dotted all around that strip. And at 3 in morning, it's all closed up. It's one of those places where someone will tell you "it's fine" then tell you they don't go out after 9 at night.
