After several threats to quit getbig and many temper tantrums and meltdowns, we figured we might leave his future up to the board.

My left bicep does not have an attached long tendon to the left shoulder maybe that is causing some instability who knows maybe Dr can reattach that as well with a cadaver tendon I will ask. A) You sure new ligament would do any good in legs? Cartilage is the usual problem. I’ve have my patellar cartilage redone as much as they can with out any snake oil stuff. They drill microscopic holes in to the bone in hopes for scar tissue acting in some ways same as cartilage. Worked pretty well, it is not nearly as new but I can squat. My meniscuses are in good shape and that saves a lot of pressure from cartilage on top of tibia and fibia.

Yeah about 20 years ago my doctor told me I was not a candidate for that as I did not have enough Cartlidge to drill into I have bone loss in the knees. I have no cartilage in either knee at this point. Both my meniscus are also pretty much gone they were also operated on in in the late 90s they were torn flipped upside down had to be shaved down then tore what was left bad again in 2019. They can do an entire new meniscus now that Ball basketball guy got a cadaver meniscus
But not rushing into anything on the knees
My biceps/triceps actually have a decent amount of hair on them and my forearms have a ton. When shaved you can see the veins a lot more clearly

I have no issue with him telling people he won the Charlotte Cup Over 40 Classic Physique. He says he "won the Cup" which is trying to give the impression he won more than he did (a la a guy "who looked like Arnold" in his class). This is why he bailed on the Armed Forces Nationals after they changed the name so it no longer includes something where he could tell people he was "in the Nationals."
Also, it would seem that if they prepared for there being more than one class in Over 40 Classic then there should have been an overall medal given to him. Did he get this? If he didn't I can't imagine any world where Hankins would not have demanded that Overall medal.

I am on the least amount of anything I have been on in years. It's Saturday and I have only taken 150mg this week. I just lean out when I stop trying to bulk. The longer I go without trying to bulk the leaner I will get. I am planning a surgery no point bulking. I am thinking I will enter the over 40 bodybuilding and classic class at maybe one more show this summer before surgery. I will see again my schedule is up in the air right now. My current condition absolutely would win a show hell I think I would do ok at Nationals but again too much going on right now
