Reminds me of the guy that came out with the five minute abs CD. He was making a fortune until another guy came out with four minute abs.

Canīt be bothered to waste 10 mins of my life watching it  :) but yes you can get a great workout with just a barbell & squat stands.
Squat stands are a must, sure you can clean a bar up for front squats or do Hacks..etc  but back squats are king
