A long time ago and probably from the AIDS. Actually, it was liver cancer but the AIDS would have taken him out eventually.

Never heard of Mr Allen before but looking at his photos it seems he was seriously overweight for most of his life?

Hopefully he didn't continue to lift heavy, it's an extreme wear and tear of the heart. Plenty of cardiac arrest videos online of people lifting too heavy.

He didn't need to because he just got fatter after retirement. Lineman should definitely lose massive amounts of weight after retirement or they won't be around long.

cancer likely caused by the clot shot.

The guy easily benched over 600lbs in a tee shirt. He got 700lbs too in a gym lift without a pause in a tee shirt. He was a very explosive runner weighing 325lbs.
