Hi Beakdoctor/RMJ11

We get it, you don’t like Mentzer. We understand.

Hey Royalty,

I try very hard to make my account as lofty as yours- and I'm not anybody but Majordomo, lol.

That being said, Mentzer literally did have a psychological break - at least according to Platz. I always admired Mike's physique and used Heavy Duty for a long time. I was pretty bummed when he died.

He had no bachelor's degree or anything; he studied pre-med but quit because that's what quitters do!

The routine he used to train himself and the one in heavy duty one were very good routines

Heavy duty 2 took the frequency of training way too low

Training 3-4 times a week is good training once or twice a week went too far IMHO

With heavy duty 2 he claimed his clients were gaining 20-30 pounds over the course of 3-4 months but nearly all that gain was fat I bet as he went from telling his clients to eat at maintenance or slightly above to raising calories a good amount

Too bad he didn't have photographic evidence to show what really happened with these clients who gained 20-30 pounds over the course of 3-4 months

meth head never practiced what he preached. He built his body with high volume. Not hit. His methods have never produced a champion. Not one.
