Title: For Wes and the other diet gurus/experts
Post by: dj181 on July 12, 2024, 01:58:45 PM
I'm gonna carb cycle 3 days maintenance moderate carb and on day high calorie and carb

I want to put it in the best place for my arm day which will be every 4 days

So should I do it the day before arms, the day of arms or like I was thinking eat high the night before the arm workout and then high carb breakfast pre training and high carb post training meal

My maintenance calories are bout 2500 so thinking on the high carb day to jack them up to 3500 or 4 grand

So is my idea the best or should it be the day before or the day of?

You dont listen to advice, you would follow what anyone told you for a week at most

You cant take a course of gear and stay on the same drugs for longer than two weeks without changing it

You’re not filling out a medium T shirt any day soon. The 14” pipes are here to stay, fettuccini arms.

DJ in all seriousness you shouldn't be so depleted 24/7/365 that you need to carb up for a workout

Please just eat more your body and brain will thank you

DJ,I have an article online called "Carb Cycling For Fat Loss".....its older than dirt (watch it you fuckers).   :D

Anyway I would never recommend eating that huge amount of carbs under any circumstances, and in the article I state not to really load up on carbs before training a certain bodypart.....it`s for fat loss anyway.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help but IMO, 3500 or 4 grand in one day is OVERKILL IN A HUGE WAY .......you`d just shit it all out and then some.....that`s a lot of calories bro!

Thanks bro

So 4:grand is overkill?

My maintenance is bout 2500

Smartest move seems to be in a slight surplus like 200-300 over maintenance

I have raised the deca from 100 to 200 after 4 weeks and then from 200 to 300 after another 4 weeks and I have kept test at 200 the whole time

I've been tracking calories for bout 6 weeks now

4000,plus protein, and fats.....you`d be eating a ton of cals.....you couldn`t possibly utilize them bro.

"Vigorous Vince Gironda" would call that "Digestive Overload". !  ;D

Alright bro thanks for the heads up

It's just big Paul and Justin Harris got me thinking I should implement this coz they both swear by it

I'll just stay at a slight surplus like 2700

He's also trying to convince me 2500 calories is starvation

Weird shit

800 is starvation not 2500
