That Armbuster was made in Perry, NY which is a small town, south of the NYS Thruway between Rochester and Buffalo.
Perry is best known for the Perry Ice Cream Company which is a regional brand there.
Perry's for many years supplied the Wegman's supermarket chain with their house brand ice cream.
I don't know if this is still the case.
The tacks he mentioned in the video are ordinary upholstery tacks.
