Top 3 in my opinion for biceps Arnold, Ronnie and Roelly.

Roelly had Sergio Oliva like arms. Massive from wrist to shoulder.  Just not peaked.

Arnold and Ronnie had great biceps... Kai did too.

Phil and kevin are similar in so many ways. Arms look great down to the side or in most muscular but lose so much when in the front double biceps. Also neither had hi peaks.

Victor had oil in his arms. Obvious towards the end of his career.

Jays arms were so imbalanced and the fridge body detracted from his arms.
