When You’re busy with life and trying to keep up with the grind and don’t wanna break your diet. What are some of the staples you use day in and day out fast easy and really come in handy that not many people typically use or even the more common ones.

Find yourself a good low calorie sauce you like. I'm a fan of the above, a good habanero sauce will make dry eggs, tuna, chicken, etc... more palatable.

Brushing your teeth several times a day or more when starving actually helps.
1 Tbsp. of Natty PB....a couple X a day.
salad with lemon juice.....don`t know how true this is, but I read that the body burns more calories digesting the salad than the salad actually contains.
