When You’re busy with life and trying to keep up with the grind and don’t wanna break your diet. What are some of the staples you use day in and day out fast easy and really come in handy that not many people typically use or even the more common ones.

Find yourself a good low calorie sauce you like. I'm a fan of the above, a good habanero sauce will make dry eggs, tuna, chicken, etc... more palatable.

I absolutely kill the diet sodas.

Also ECA, etc.... and be realistic about time. If you need 16 weeks, instead of 10-12, so be it.

Air-popped popcorn with water.....gives a sensation of being full.....rice cakes with water also

rice cakes with sugar free jelly

JELLO...sugar free

Brushing your teeth several times a day or more when starving actually helps.

1 Tbsp. of Natty PB....a couple X a day.

salad with lemon juice.....don`t know how true this is, but I read that the body burns more calories digesting the salad than the salad actually contains.

Metamucill (sp)....Sugar Free of course

water.....tons of water

Having digestion problems at the moment

Not sure if its IBS
i get bloated eating all sorts of food
Will be eating plain chicken and rice and oats from tomorrow
