Title: Crossfit athlete drowns during event.

Way to save money with volunteers as life guards etc.

Guy went under, they didn’t stop the event but waited while its over and then went to help.
Like 30minutes later.

I think too. I mean, those life guards, paddlers, could have not been professionals or even up to task. Had Castro ordered that not to shut down the event in any case?
Even if it continued WTF, how many lifeguards were there, how could they not do anything. Others had pointed to guards that someone needed help before he went below the surface.
