Rather than take Tucker Carlson and Catherine Engelbrecht's word for what Title 18 says, I looked it up and yes as she states Title 18, US Code § 611 - Voting by aliens does say this in subsection (C) but it appears that all three provisions must be met and absolutely provisions 2 and 3 of subsection C must be met because (and) is included following the semicolon.

More importantly, Tucker Carlson and Catherine Engelbrecht carefully neglected to mention that additional criteria must be met before an alien can vote if they reasonably believed at the time of voting he or she was a citizen of the United States. Quite simply, they both lied by omission. I will give Coach a pass, because there is a good chance he did not read TITLE 18 § 611 Voting by aliens or if he did, he did not fully understand what it says.

The incidence of fraudulent votes in U.S. elections is minuscule - certainly nowhere near enough to change the outcome of an election. It is a non-issue except to folks who want to believe otherwise.

While the fraud in actual individual vote changing MAY be small, the real fraud and election interference was big tech and media collaboration to limit information and manipulate content.
