Apparently, no one can find evidence/proof that this is VP Harris' campaign slogan or that she ever said those words. Perhaps you can provide a clip of VP Harris or Gov Walz actually saying this. One thing Walz did say on Aug 11, 2024 was “Thank you for bringing back the joy.” The next day VP Harris branded the Democratic ticket “joyful warriors.”

I think they picked the "joy" theme to normalize her psychopathic cackling. Her team realized Kamala can't stop laughing and many people have seen that so instead of trying to deny it they just embrace it and rebrand it as "joy". It is a form of "gaslighthing".
