That's probably the craziest full day of eating I've ever seen, wonder how a medical professional would comment on that ;D

Actually no. Germany is one of the countries with the worst birth rate in the last decades. Why do you think they push migrants so hard on their natives? In 30 to 40 years there will be no "genetic" germans.
