Happy Thurdays my good friends on Getbig. Its good to be back and its good to feel welcomed.

Here's a list of what I'm missing...

Ron Avidan's great bodybuilding photography

Lake Placid skiing.

Hiking in the Sierra Nevada's.

Having a great dinner at Canoe in Toronto

I was informed of some very disturbing news on here. We have lost some members and I am deeply sorry. I lost my brother of pacreatic cancer and he was 49 years old. My thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of all the loved ones not with us.

Stay strong, stay the course and straight ahead.
