Trump was right again about they are sending us their worse guys.

That's really funny.  Maybe one of you red hats can walk us through how that is happening?  Trumpy claims they are emptying the prisons and sending prisoners and mental patients here.   :D :D :D   Explain how they are obtaining Visas.  I mean getting a passport would be a large enough hurdle as these people probably have no money.  Likewise for purchasing a plane ticket or having the funds to travel hundreds or thousands of miles.  Just the expense for food and water would be astronomical for someone just let out of jail or not mentally stable enough to budget a little money they may have and make it last.

But what about the Visa?   :D :D   You know you have to have a US Visa to enter BEFORE booking a flight.  Trying going online and doing it without one.  Or showing up at the airport.   :D :D

Unless you are from the following countries, you won't need one :
---
Citizens of the United Kingdom, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium Brunei, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein,Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Korea, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan.
---

But I am sure there is a really good explanation for how this is occurring.  Really believable, even if the countries he claims they are coming from outright deny this.  So how about sharing?   :D :D

The graph is from the ICE director. Is his information incorrect? As far as migrants getting across the border. They’re not flying on planes, they’re walking across, many unchecked.

Provide a link to the graph and we can see how accurate it is.

So by your statement, these prisoners and mental patients - with obviously little funds - is walking across the border and taking black and hispanic jobs?   ???   Or voting?   ???   Even though there is little evidence of both.

Fact check: To attack Harris, Trump falsely describes new stats on immigrants and homicide

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1-d&q=fact+check+to+attack+harris+trump+falsely+describes+new+stats+on+immigrants+and+homicide

Former President Donald Trump is wildly distorting new statistics on immigration and crime to attack Vice President Kamala Harris.

Trump falsely claimed Friday and Saturday that the statistics are specifically about criminal offenders who entered the US during the Biden-Harris administration; in reality, the figures are about offenders who entered the US over multiple decades, including during the Trump administration. And Trump falsely claimed that the statistics are specifically about people who are now living freely in the US; the figures actually include people who are currently in jails and prisons serving criminal sentences.

“Kamala should immediately cancel her News Conference because it was just revealed that 13,000 convicted murderers entered our Country during her three and a half year period as Border Czar,” Trump wrote in one post on Friday, the day Harris visited the southern border in Arizona. Harris “allowed almost 14,000 MURDERERS to freely and openly roam our Country,” Trump wrote in another Friday post. They “roam free to KILL AGAIN,” he wrote, escalating his rhetoric, on Saturday.

Facts First: Trump’s claims are false in two big ways. First, the statistics he was referring to are not specifically about people who entered the country during the Biden-Harris administration. Rather, those statistics are about noncitizens who entered the country under any administration, including Trump’s; were convicted of a crime at some point, usually in the US after their arrival; and are now living in the US while being listed on Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s “non-detained docket” — where some have been listed for years, including while Trump was president, because their country of citizenship won’t let the US deport them back there. Second, that ICE “non-detained” list includes people who are still serving jail and prison sentences for their crimes; they are on the list because they are not being held in immigration detention in particular.

The new statistics, released by ICE in a letter to a Republican congressman this week, said there were 425,431 total convicted criminals on the non-detained docket as of July 21, 2024, including 13,099 people with homicide convictions.

The statistics have been deployed by Trump and various Republican lawmakers and right-wing commentators as alarming evidence of Harris’ supposed mismanagement of immigration policy. But in addition to exaggerating her role on the file — she was never actually “border czar” — much of the chatter has inaccurately described what the statistics show.

A spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees ICE, said in a Saturday email: “The data in this letter is being misinterpreted. The data goes back decades; it includes individuals who entered the country over the past 40 years or more, the vast majority of whose custody determination was made long before this Administration. It also includes many who are under the jurisdiction or currently incarcerated by federal, state or local law enforcement partners.”

It’s not clear how many of the 13,099 people with homicide convictions on ICE’s non-detained docket as of July 21 are currently incarcerated in jails and prisons. Regardless, John Sandweg, an attorney who served as acting director of ICE during the Obama administration, said in a Saturday interview that it is “100% false” to say all the homicide offenders on the non-detained docket entered the US during Harris’ vice presidency. Sandweg added: “These are individuals who undoubtedly entered the United States over a long period of time. … A lot of them have probably been on the list for 20 years, where the US has just been unable to deport.”

We could not immediately find public statistics on how many people with criminal convictions were on the non-detained docket during Trump’s presidency. But there are public statistics from just before and just after his presidency — and those statistics, which we’ll discuss later in this article, make clear that Trump, too, presided over a non-detained docket that included hundreds of thousands of people with criminal convictions.

A Supreme Court decision requires ICE to release some offenders

Trump’s posts left open the impression that the homicide offenders on the non-detained docket had foreign homicide convictions but were nonetheless allowed to cross the US border and live freely in this country. In reality, public data makes it clear that the overwhelming majority of people with criminal convictions on the non-detained docket were convicted in the US, as Sandweg and Aaron Reichlin-Melnick, senior fellow at the American Immigration Council, which supports immigration, both told CNN.

Why aren’t these people in immigration detention if they have been convicted of a crime as serious as homicide? Under a 2001 Supreme Court decision, the US government is not allowed to indefinitely keep someone in immigration detention after they have been ordered removed from the country. So if someone has served their criminal sentence for homicide and then is ordered to be removed from the US, but their country is uncooperative with the US on immigration and won’t take them back, they must be released in the US — usually after no more than six months in immigration detention.

“Let’s say you have a Russian who was convicted of homicide. There’s nothing we can do there,” Sandweg said, given how Russia simply won’t accept the deportation. “There comes a point where you just have to release them.” He added that this doesn’t mean the person is “completely free” — people on the non-detained docket often have to check in with ICE or be monitored electronically — “but there’s just no more legal authority to continue the detention.”

Sandweg added: “ICE, of course, is not willy-nilly saying, ‘Okay, people convicted of murder, you’re not a priority.’ … We have a guy convicted of homicide, our strong preference is not to release them onto the streets.”

Reichlin-Melnick, who noted Saturday on social media that the non-detained docket includes people in jails and prisons, wrote on social media on Friday that “anyone on ICE’s non-detained docket with a homicide conviction has likely been in the country for decades, served a full criminal sentence, and can’t be removed because they’re from a country which restricts US deportations.”

Reichlin-Melnick continued: “There are others on ICE’s non-detained docket who have serious criminal records who, after serving their time, managed to win some form of protection and relief from removal. They are now here legally, but remain on the docket and are required to check in with ICE periodically.”

The list of convicted criminals on the non-detained docket includes both people who crossed the border illegally and people who came to the US legally, such as with a visa or green card, and then committed a crime and were placed in removal proceedings or were given a removal order.

What the numbers show

The non-detained docket is not a new creation of the Biden-Harris administration. In fact, there were hundreds of thousands of people with criminal convictions on the non-detained docket during the Trump presidency, too.

A reporter for Fox News, the right-wing outlet whose reporting on these statistics Trump repeatedly promoted on Friday, noted Friday evening on social media that “not all of these criminals entered during the Biden admin, as some are claiming” and that “some of these criminals go back many years across multiple administrations.”

A previous official federal report said there were 368,574 total convicted criminals on the non-detained docket as of August 2016, under the Obama administration, about five months before Trump became president. And another federal document said there were 405,786 total convicted criminals on the non-detained docket as of early June 2021, less than five months into the Biden-Harris administration. Again, the July 2024 number was 425,431 total convicted criminals.

In other words, the list grew about 10% between August 2016 and June 2021 — a roughly five-year period that included the four-year Trump administration — and then grew about another roughly 5% in the three-plus years under the Biden-Harris administration between June 2021 and July 2024.

Because official information on people on the non-detained docket with criminal convictions has only been released sporadically, with dates that don’t line up with the start and end dates of presidential administrations, it’s not possible to say how much of the increase happened under the Trump administration versus how much happened during the final months of the Obama administration and the first months of the Biden-Harris administration.

Regardless, there’s no basis for saying, as Trump kept doing Friday, that all of the people on the docket with homicide convictions came in during the Biden-Harris administration — and the numbers show “the docket certainly grew under the Trump administration,” Sandweg said. (He added that, to be fair, Trump faced the same stubborn issues with uncooperative foreign countries as other presidents.)

The crimes committed by people on the non-detained docket in July 2024 ranged from the most serious offenses, like homicide and sexual assault, to “gambling,” “liquor,” and “obscenity” offenses. The conviction categories with the highest number of people on the non-detained docket were “traffic offenses” (77,074), “assault” (62,231), “dangerous drugs” (56,533) and “immigration” (51,933).

We could not immediately find public data on the number of people with homicide convictions specifically who were on the non-detained docket in past years, including during the Trump administration.

It is clear that the total number of people on the non-detained docket, including people without any criminal conviction, has spiked during the Biden-Harris administration. (There are numerous reasons that people can end up on the docket; we won’t get into those here.) ICE says the docket jumped from roughly 3.3 million in the 2020 fiscal year, the last full fiscal year under Trump, to roughly 6.2 million in the 2023 fiscal year.

Harris critics are entitled to cite this real increase. Her presidential opponent, though, is criticizing her dishonestly.

I’m not saying they’re mental patients or prisoners, or that they’re taking jobs. I’m just saying that the information from ICE as well as statistics from both sides show illegal crossings are way up under Biden versus Trump (orange man). If that’s not what we are talking about, my bad. I may have jumped from another thread by just scrolling through my “unread posts” section.

Trump is pointing to new numbers on migrants with criminal pasts. Here's what they show

Republicans are pointing to newly released immigration enforcement data to bolster their argument that the Biden administration is letting migrants who have committed serious crimes go free in the U.S. But the numbers have been misconstrued without key context.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement released data to Republican Rep. Tony Gonzales in response to a request he made for information about people under ICE supervision either convicted of crimes or facing criminal charges. Gonzales' Texas district includes an 800-mile stretch bordering Mexico.

Gonzales posted the numbers online and they immediately became a flashpoint in the presidential campaign between former President Donald Trump, who has vowed to carry out mass deportations, and Vice President Kamala Harris. Immigration — and the Biden administration's record on border security — has become a key issue in the election.

Here's a look at the data and what it does or doesn't show:

What are the numbers?

As of July 21, ICE said 662,556 people under its supervision were either convicted of crimes or face criminal charges. Nearly 15,000 were in its custody, but the vast majority — 647,572 — were not.

Included in the figures of people not detained by ICE were people found guilty of very serious crimes: 13,099 for homicide, 15,811 for sexual assault, 13,423 for weapons offenses and 2,663 for stolen vehicles. The single biggest category was for traffic-related offenses at 77,074, followed by assault at 62,231 and dangerous drugs at 56,533.

The Department of Homeland Security, which oversees ICE, later clarified that the numbers span decades and those not in its custody may be held by a state or local agency. For example, someone serving time in a state prison for murder could be counted as a criminal not in ICE’s custody. They are not being held by federal immigration authorities but they are detained — a distinction ICE didn’t make in its report to Gonzales.

Millions of people are on ICE's “non-detained docket,” or people under the agency's supervision who aren't in its custody. Many are awaiting outcomes of their cases in immigration court, including some wearing monitoring devices. Others have been released after completing their prison sentences because their countries won’t take them back.

What do both sides say about the numbers?

Republicans pointed to the data as proof that the Biden administration is letting immigrants with criminal records into the country and isn't doing enough to kick out those who commit crimes while they're here.

“The truth is clear — illegal immigrants with a criminal record are coming into our country. The data released by ICE is beyond disturbing, and it should be a wake-up call for the Biden-Harris administration and cities across the country that hide behind sanctuary policies,” Gonzales said in a news release, referring to pledges by local officials to limit their cooperation with federal immigration authorities.

Trump, who has repeatedly portrayed immigrants as bringing lawlessness and crime to America, tweeted multiple screenshots of the data with the words: “13,000 CROSSED THE BORDER WITH MURDER CONVICTIONS.”

He also asserted that the numbers correspond to Biden and Harris' time in office.

The data was being misinterpreted, Homeland Security said in a statement Sunday.

“The data goes back decades; it includes individuals who entered the country over the past 40 years or more, the vast majority of whose custody determination was made long before this Administration,” the agency said. "It also includes many who are under the jurisdiction or currently incarcerated by federal, state or local law enforcement partners.”

The department also stressed what it has done to deport those without the right to stay in America, saying it had removed or returned more than 700,000 people in the past year, which it said was the highest number since 2010. Homeland Security said it had removed 180,000 people with criminal convictions since President Joe Biden took office.

What's behind the figures?

The data isn’t only listing people who entered the country during the Biden administration but includes people going back decades who came during previous administrations, said Doris Meissner, former commissioner of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, which was the predecessor to ICE.

They’re accused or convicted of committing crimes in America as opposed to committing crimes in other countries and then entering the U.S., said Meissner, who is now director of the U.S. Immigration Policy Program at the Migration Policy Institute.

“This is not something that is a function of what the Biden administration did,” she said. “Certainly, this includes the Biden years, but this is an accumulation of many years, and certainly going back to at least 2010, 2011, 2012.”

A 2017 report by Homeland Security’s Office of Inspector General says that as of August 2016, ICE had about 368,574 people on its non-detained docket who were convicted criminals. By June 2021, that number was up to 405,786.

Can't ICE just deport criminals?

ICE has limited resources. The number of people it supervises has skyrocketed, while its staffing has not. As the agency noted in a 2023 end-of-year report, it often has to send staff to help at the border, taking them away from their normal duties.

The number of people ICE supervises but who aren't in its custody has grown from 3.3 million a little before Biden took office to a little over 7 million last spring.

"The simple answer is that as a system, we haven’t devoted enough resources to the parts of the government that deal with monitoring and ultimately removing people who are deportable," Meissner said.

ICE also has logistical and legal limits on who they can hold. Its budget allows the agency to hold 41,500 people at a time. John Sandweg, who was acting ICE director from 2013 to 2014 under then-President Barack Obama, said holding people accused or convicted of the most serious crimes is always the top priority.

But once someone has a final order of removal — meaning a court has found that they don't have the right to stay in the country — they cannot be held in detention forever while ICE works out how to get them home. A 2001 Supreme Court ruling essentially prevented ICE from holding those people for more than six months if there is no reasonable chance to expect they can be sent back.

Not every country is willing to take back their citizens, Sandweg said.

He said he suspects that a large number of those convicted of homicide but not held by ICE are people who were ordered deported but the agency can't remove them because their home country won't take them back.

“It’s a very common scenario. Even amongst the countries that take people back, they can be very selective about who they take back,” he said.

The U.S. also could run into problems deporting people to countries with which it has tepid relations.

Homeland Security did not respond to questions about how many countries won't take back their citizens. The 2017 watchdog report put the number at 23 countries, plus an additional 62 that were cooperative but where there were delays getting things like passports or travel documents.

Bad time to be a Demtard who are typically anti-gun. Hope your 80yr old self can protect your family!

Why am I not worried? If I haven't needed to shoot anyone in the past 80 years, it is statistically unlikely that this would happen. Some people buy into fear mongering MAGA folks predictions, but the majority of us do not.

Greg Gutfeld took a blowtorch to the fake news media on Monday’s show for ignoring the report released Friday by ICE revealing Democrats and Kamala Harris have welcomed over 13,000 killers and 15,000 sex abusers into the American homeland.

Has there ever been another country in world history that has allowed 13,000 killers to walk freely into their country?

Gutfeld gutted the fake news media for ignoring this critical report that affects every family and every person in the US today.

Gutfeld, not one to mince words, lambasted the press for intentionally ignoring the facts, despite the source being none other than ICE—Immigration and Customs Enforcement—our own government agency.

Below is the transcript:

Greg Guftfeld: Friday, a massive story broke out about how our government allowed thousands of rapists and murderers into our country. The source was not some right-wing think tank, a shut-in on social media, or worse, some freaks on morning TV. It was ICE, our own immigration and customs enforcement. Among the non-detained illegals, over 400,000 and are convicted criminals, including tens of thousands, convicted of sexual assault and homicide.

You think that a report from those in charge of the border telling us that tens of thousands of thugs have entered and remained here would hit the news. But the media was as quiet as Joe Biden watching Jeopardy and trying to play along. They ignored it the way Hillary ignores having her hooves trimmed. Instead, it was reported on X and on FOX.

The reason is simple. The legacy news decided the story had to be contained. And so they pulled the plug like Andrew Cuomo at an old folks home. Tens of thousands of rapists and murders, dead and violated Americans, and you weren’t even told about it.

Remember that the next time you have the urge to trust the media. Trust them as far as you can throw them. And if you’re trying to throw anyone from The View, have the number of a good chiropractor.

So how does a huge story break and it only shows up here and there? It’s like a sewer pipe after taco Tuesday maxed out, ready to burst. But instead of calling a plumber, the media forms a seal against it to keep it contained. That’s how the news works these days. With the exception of a few outlets, there’s an ideological seal by our media against the natural flow of information to the American voter.

It’s to prevent anything but the approved election outcome. Approved by them, of course, not you. When the pressure gets too much, that sewer pipe bursts, and you’re the one who has to deal with all this shit.

If America knew what happened at the border under Biden-Harris with tens of thousands of murderers and rapists freed into our country, they’d never, in their right minds, vote for Harris or any Democrat.

No matter how many staged photo ops she takes at a border, she helped destroy. Harris visiting our Southern border is like Sherman coming back to Atlanta or Alec Baldwin shooting a remake of young guns. So of course, the news must be suppressed.

They aren’t even fact-checking the stats because they don’t have any. And no one feels better hearing, Hey, it’s actually only 10,000 violent invaders, followed by, Oh, and please call them foreign exchange students…

…So-called sanctuary policies limit local law enforcement cooperation with federal authorities. So ICE can’t even arrest illegals convicted of crimes. Some communities ignore requests from ICE to hold criminals longer, so the agency can’t take them into custody. The result, more vicious, more violent crime in your neighborhood, around family, your kids.

The news may shock you, but it’s not your fault. You just haven’t been approved to know about what’s really going on. And sadly, in America these days, what you don’t know can hurt you a whole lot.

Now, this is an issue where we should be able to achieve that political Holy Grail bipartisan consensus? Because there’s no question that most, if not all, Americans are against rape and murder, and therefore against the influx of thousands of rapists and murderers into our country. After all, who could be for that? Besides the makers of ski masks and bleach. We’re left to ask, why is this happening?

In a normal, functioning democracy, “Border Czar” Kamala Harris would be removed from the presidential campaign and face criminal charges for endangering the lives of EVERY American.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Friday — A recent ICE report has confirmed the devastating consequences of the Biden-Harris regime’s disastrous open border policies.

According to the report from the Deputy Director of ICE Patrick Lechleitner sent to Congressman Tony Gonzalez, over 662,000 illegal immigrants with criminal histories are currently on ICE’s national docket.

Even more alarming is that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is currently tracking over 425,000 illegal immigrants convicted of various crimes, while 226,000 face pending criminal charges, all of whom have been released into the United States under the regime’s lenient immigration enforcement.

Of that staggering number, over 13,000 illegal immigrants have been convicted of homicide, and more than 15,000 have been convicted of sexual assault.

Kamala welcomed 13,000 KILLERS into America since she took charge of the border!

These individuals are not in custody—they are roaming free in communities across the country, thanks to the administration’s so-called “catch and release” policy.

Fox News’ Bill Melugin broke the story, explaining the sheer gravity of the situation to the American people.

ICE has something called a non-detained docket, meaning illegal immigrants who were encountered by DHS but are no longer in federal custody.

In other words, these are illegal immigrants who have been caught and released with court dates set years into the future, or, worse, those ordered deported but still residing within our borders.

So when will Kamala Harris, the Border Czar who is responsible for these killers and rapists roaming the streets of America, face criminal charges for her dereliction of duty?

She is clearly destroying the country and endangering the lives of Americans?

Kamala needs to face justice for her crimes – not a promotion!

Is this true? I cannot imagine why someone would refuse to meet with Coach or most other Getbig members unless there was a threat of physical harm. Coach and I almost never agree, particularly when it comes to politics, but why wouldn’t we be civil to each other if we met in person, we are both adults. Obviously, I don't know all the circumstances in this case, but it is a shame when people cannot put their difference of opinions aside.

They both posted about it on the board.  I don't think Agnostic wants to have a true dialogue.  He's a keyboard warrior.  He would never say the things he says on this board to Coach's face.

I would avoid conflict, swearing or name calling in person because it isn't in my nature to do this.

Coach keeps mentioning setting up a debate. This will never happen with me. My hearing is so poor even with state of the art hearing aids, there is no way I could intelligently engage in a debate with anyone. Imagine they state a point and my response is, could you repeat that please? I couldn't hear you, or better yet, could you write this down for me?  LOL.

Hmmm, I wasn't sure whether you were referring to my civility or hearing issues. Does President Biden wear hearing aids or have difficulty hearing? I thought his poor debate performance was due to his being ill. As for his being civil, I've read he tends towards using profanities.

It’s true. Coaches spin is I was somehow afraid.. the fact is. I was heading there to support a long time friends wife for a memorial for my friend. I made the gesture thinking I might have some down time. Turns out there was none in the time I was there. I would have had to break away from a family gathering during an emotional time and the opportunity did not present itself.
Leave it to Coach to forgo understanding and create a false narrative not unlike Gateway pundit

It wasn’t even about a debate, it was about meeting for a beer. However, over time, my impression of Coach as a genuine guy just misguided has changed. He actively avoids and ignores evidence he doesn’t agree with and lost any respect I had for him.

Treason... Claiming falsely and demonstratable, that an election was stolen knowing your staunch followers were susceptible to your lies. building a fire under your rabid followers near the capitol on the day of confirmation. Getting them riled up and told them you would meet them down at the capitol (knowing you would not). Not saying a single word while you sat back and watched them overrun the capitol and call for your Vice Presidents head. If that ain't treason. Essentially, Trump tried and this is not even deniable, to overturn a free and clear election... is the ultimate Treason. But hey... If Trumpsters were smart, they wouldn't be Trumpsters.
