I picked this up at West Coast Muscle Insider from 6 months ago. I thought this was a good time to post it since he is making headlines. Nick is a true warrior and a great athlete. Lets keep him in our thoughts for a quick and speedy recovery of whatever is happening in his life this moment.

10am. Post workout meal. Two Tilapia fillets, jam and toast, glass of orange juice. 1 cup of assorted nuts

12pm. 1 1/2 chicken breast. supplements. 1 cup of rice with onions and peppers for flavour.

Looks boring.  But it doesn't sound like he's suffering on that. But at that level the drugs are doing most of the work

I don't believe there is a way to recover fried receptors after blasting for 10 years. His body is just burnt out. The only thing he can do is retire to salvage what's left of his health or else take the Greg Kovacs route.

Eating 9 times per day. Seems like an overdose. Bodybuilders in the 1970s ate five times per day and looked way better. And were a lot more healthy.
