Boy, a lot of trees got uprooted here (Orlando). My entire neighborhood lost power for nearly 24 hours. We're still cleaning up the mess, especially all the debris in my pool.
And yesterday, so many streets were flooded, including the ones near my gym (which was closed).
BUT, my house is intact, just some minor flooding and torn screens around my pool. My family slept through the storm, as we got hit after midnight through 4 a.m Thursday (when the power went out).
AND, the only gym open was EoS Fitness. I was willing to pay their $20 fee to train there yesterday. But, since their credit card reader was still messed up, they let me hit the weights for free.
My concern, however, is for my friends in the Tampa Bay area (St. Pete/Pinellas Park/Clearwater in particular) that got POUNDED. Heck, Miltion ripped the roof off Tropicana Field, where the Tampa Bay Devil Rays play baseball.

Tampa supposedly made out pretty well as Milton veered south and came ashore 70 miles south of it.

MCWAY, glad you, your family, and your property are safe!

My residence is near where it made landfall.
Weaker than Ian for that area actually; strangely another hurricane did more damage far away.

That's the part of the Tampa Bay area I mentioned earlier: St. Pete, Clearwater, as well as Bradenton and Sarasota.
MCWAY, glad you, your family, and your property are safe!
