Just weighing food isn't enough if you want to be walking around at single digit Bodyfat year round with cross striated pecs/delts/rhomboids 8pack abba-dabbas carved outta granite with serratus in bold relief looking like a fukkin human anatomy chart. You also gotta weigh your own feces on a daily basis and compare it's weight to the weight of the incoming food and WRITE IT the fuck down in a notebook. If you're not logging what your feces weighs then you're not committed to this.

Correct. It's not enough to weigh only intake into the physique, it's also crucial to weigh what's coming OUT of the physique. Weighing excrement and logging it is crucial.

That's what my girlfriend did when she was preparing for a competition - she weighed shit on a kitchen scale. At the time it seemed weird to me, but it turns out I wasn't!

Here in Portugal we have a saying: if you're not defecating three times a day, you are not a bodybuilder.
When I was an Arnold-esque 244 lbs with 21" guns, 56" chest I performed upwards towards 4 to 5 Bowel Movements per day. Went through alot of toilet paper and read alot of copies of Flex Magazine.

You can weigh your shits by weighing yourself before and after taking a shit and subtracting. This way keeps the scale clean.

No you need the kitchen scale for a couple of reasons  First you need to use the same scale used to weigh the food before you ate it.Second you need the pin point accuracy of the kitchen scale. You need to precisely measure how much of that food was absorbed by your physique and how much turned to shit. You need to know this number to 1/100th of a milligram and you MUST LOG IT into your spiral notebook. If you want to keep the scale clean then weigh a paper plate alone, defecate on to the plate and weigh your excrement with the plate together and then subtract the weight of the plate from that total and you will have the weight of your feces.

I would ask why bodybuilders weigh their food before eating it yet won't weigh it upon excreting it. Kinda stupid really.
